I am a qualified massage therapist based in London with over 15 years of experience, offering professional mobile massage treatments focused on tension relief, recovery and overall wellbeing.
My work is not only about helping you feel better during the session. I also aim to help you understand how tension develops in the body and what can be done to reduce it over time.
I work with clients who experience neck, shoulder and back tension, stress-related tightness, postural discomfort, and physical fatigue caused by daily routine, desk work or a demanding lifestyle.
I am fully insured, DBS checked, and work to a professional standard to ensure a safe and reliable experience for every client.
I use a combination of techniques including deep tissue, sports massage, relaxation massage, shiatsu, gua sha, vacuum cupping and massage gun, adapting each session to your individual needs.
Many people do not only need a massage, but a better understanding of what is happening in their body.
In many cases, tension develops gradually through a combination of physical habits and ongoing stress. Long hours sitting, poor posture, shallow breathing and constant pressure on the body can all contribute to discomfort.
Another important factor is that many people simply do not know how to truly relax. Over time, the body becomes used to being in a constant state of tension — focused, active, and under pressure — but not fully switching off. This can gradually lead to chronic stress, physical discomfort, headaches and ongoing fatigue.
Massage can provide real relief, but lasting improvement often depends on what happens outside the session. That is why my approach may also include simple guidance on breathing, posture awareness and relaxation techniques when appropriate. The aim is not to promise a quick fix, but to support more sustainable results over time.
Pain does not always begin where it is felt. Discomfort in the neck, shoulders or lower back is often linked to deeper patterns built over time.
As tension becomes part of everyday life, the body gradually adapts to it. Posture may change, movement becomes less natural, and breathing can become more restricted. Because of this, relief can sometimes be temporary if the underlying patterns remain the same.
Understanding this process is an important step towards reducing recurring discomfort.
Each session is adapted to the individual. Some clients benefit mainly from hands-on treatment focused on muscular tension and recovery. Others may also benefit from a more combined approach that includes awareness of posture, breathing and relaxation.
My role is not to force change, but to guide you, help you feel the difference in your body, and support better habits over time.
This approach is suitable for people who experience regular tension or discomfort, especially those affected by long periods of sitting, physically demanding routines, or ongoing stress. It is also relevant for those who feel that simple rest is not enough to fully relax, or who are looking for a more consistent improvement rather than short-term relief.
For clients who would like to go beyond massage alone, I also offer practical support focused on relaxation, posture awareness and stress-related tension patterns.
This may include simple breathing practice, guided body awareness, and techniques that help you recognise and gradually change tension habits in daily life. The purpose is not to replace medical treatment or physiotherapy, but to support healthier patterns and better self-awareness.
If you are looking not only for temporary relief, but for a more thoughtful and supportive approach, you are welcome to book a session.
